The people of the world are increasingly at odds...prayers for our neighbors near and far.

Artist Teacher Show
Artist Teacher reception is this Saturday night at the Workhouse! I have two pieces in the show! Both fully functioning pinhole cameras (see below)!
Pinhole camera made from a trash can, aptly named Trash Cam.
The other pinhole camera is ceramic hand built slab cam, named Moxie!
I am delighted to be included in this wonderful opportunity! It is so cool to show with your peers and the people you work with every day! Kudos to Adam Hatchl for having his photograph selected for the postcard!
October...
October just blew by... so many wonderful happenings! Field trip adventures both for school and personal, Beautiful, football games, art shows, #inktober and house renovations...that is where the time goes!
Bitter sweet to see it go so quickly...

Numer 21...off and running!
Fire off the cannon! We are knee deep into another year, that is #21 for me. 2015-2016 looks to be a wonderful year! Already the students and staff at OHS are embracing the loads of possibilities this year has to offer!
Leadership students spruced up the campus even before school started.
Three days and loads of elbow grease yielded incredible results!
Our school spirit is in tact and exudes positivity!
Monday
U.S. Botanical Garden
The current exhibition goes deep...
I am pretty convinced that the flowers & plants were observing us as much as we were
observing them...
The textures and colors were a feast for the eyes!
Thank you to my fellow photophreaks for a fruitful, foliaged and fabulous photo summertime field trip!
Thursday
Ahhhh Summertime!
Fun in the Sun!
Sand in your hands...
Traveling toes...
Delightfully wet and joyous laughter,
Sweet recollections of Summer~
Sunday
Artscape...getting back to Baltimore
Today was the final day of ARTSCAPE 2015. Artscape is an expansive free art festival that brings the city of Baltimore to life! So today, I made it my business to cruise up the beltway to participate in all the fun the festival has to offer! I grabbed some of my wonderful lady friends and of course my camera and we were off!
It was a super humid and hot day, but thankfully that did not deter the artists or patrons!
A treasure trove of visual stimulation!
Today was a delightful day spent seeing Baltimore as it should be seen an outstanding art scene with an eclectic audience of festival goers in a safe and beautiful city!
